The community uses the proprietary software "Prometheus" found on the Garry's Mod store for collecting donations.[4][5]

Purchasable items are separated by gamemode. There are presently 4 categories: Trouble in Terrorist Town, Murder, Prop Hunt, and Death Run.[6] Each category allows the customer to purchase PointShop[b] points, Premium[c] points, and/or the in-game rank of "Donor" (which includes PointShop and Premium points). The rank of Donor grants access to the commands gag, mute,[d] and kick in-game.[7] The use of these commands are subject to guidelines set-forth by the management team in-charge of each gamemode, with players capable of reporting violations to a dedicated forum board.[8][9]

The total income received, or how it is appropriated, is not disclosed. Matters relating to issues from donating are handled by Dinkleberg directly.[4]

January 13
Taako the Wizard (aka Crow) steps down as co-owner to PropHunt.[13]
February 12
RussEfarmer announces that they are leaving PropHunt, citing that an unnamed person caused the gamemode to turn into a "shattered mess with no community left". The message ended off with them indicating they would switch to playing the TTT server.[14]
February 23
Scoovie announces that staff member Ash is demoted to trial moderator for violating protocol, insubordination, and acting in a manner that demonstrated a lack of respect for staff and players.[15]
February 25
DaKody announces the termination of Ted and Lycan from staff. The former allegedly continued to encourage and partake in harassing behavior after a prior demotion for the same offense. The latter allegedly leaked conversations from staff-only communications after a prior warning for harassing behavior.[16]
April 8
Scoovie announces that bigoted language in the realm of racism, sexism, antisemitism, islamophobia, and transphobia was prohibited on all servers. This was allegedly in response to the rules recently being rewritten to permit it "within reason", which was characterized as "meaning nothing to those who wished to abuse it."[17]
April 23
DaKody announces that the permanent bans issued to Russ, Crow, and "Bantz" were related to harassment and trolling behavior after numerous other corrective actions. They clarified that the bans were not for "having an opinion", and advised members to not be afraid of discipline for that reason.[18]
June 18
Christian announces that the TTT servers are down due to a "Massive DDOS" attack with the expected recovery time of "within a few hours".[19]
June 30
Dinkleberg announces the release of a DarkRP server.[20]
August 9
Dinkleberg announces that an exploit which permitted non-authorized users to ban players was corrected, and calls for as many staff members as possible to assist in the effort of unbanning wrongfully banned players.[21]
August 16
DaKody announces the creation of an "On Call" Discord role where staff members can volunteer to be pinged by members to respond to in-game calls for assistance. They emphasize staffing is not an obligation and that staff members should not feel "bad or pressur[ed]" if they do not want it.[22]
August 22
Dinkleberg announces the release of a vanilla TTT server.[23]
September 22
Dinkleberg announces various items regarding how they are going to distribute their time. In order, they plan to address the TTT server lagging, replace the vanilla TTT server with a replica of the other and name it "Dinkleberg's TTT 2", and then focus on bug fixes for the PropHunt server. They also made a commitment to be more active on the forums and distribute their time more evenly.[24]
October 20
Dinkleberg announces a variety of rule changes to the TTT server, stating the inspiration was due to a large number of appeals being for the same offenses and "regular, returning players" getting banned for "slight offenses". This led to a 3-page forum discussion as members expressed opposition and concern to some of the changes.[25]
December 9, 2018
Dinkleberg announces that due to the resignation of the last PropHunt admin that moderators will be required to respond to all staff applications to assist them in making an informed decision on which 2 staff members should replace them. They also publicly comment on a recent administrator application by Kasumi/Tori, providing rationale for why it it was denied at the time. A 4-page forum discussion followed as members and staff asked questions and clarifications.[26]
June 21, 2019
matt_st3 makes an announcement addressing several topics: inappropriate use of staff commands, inappropriate use of staff discretion on rule enforcement, and addressment that the staff hierarchy does not mean that "[what] the highest rank online says goes in every situation". They further mentioned that the staff guidelines and docments relating to promotion, demotion, and training will be rewritten and reviewed - among other items.[27]
September 8
queef commando announces the release of a new system for voting on items in the community, being a committee based system. This was stated to be a middle ground between allowing all staff members to vote, which allegedly caused issues in the past, and only permitting administrators to vote, which was the system at the time. A 2 page discussion ensued as various members expressed skepticism that the system would address the issues alleged.[28]
February 23, 2020
Nicol Bolas announces their recent promotion to administrator and mentions various items they've observed and/or wish to work on. In order: an observation that Dinkleberg, upper staff, and players have a disconnect; looking for new traitor and detective items for TTT; an observation that Dinkleberg has been observably quiet.[29]
July 14
Nicol Bolas announces that they take full responsibility issues and mistakes originating from TTT staff, and that they have recently been made aware of 2 staff members causing issues which they "deemed unbefitting of how TTT staff members should act." Decline to disclose the details of alleged offenses, Noire was demote to the rank of test moderator and issued a strike. Jack was issued a strike but was not demoted.[30]
July 18
dong announces their promotion to TTT administrator, and comments that they are saddened to see Matt and Avi leaving.[31]
March 16, 2021
