This template is used by editors to mark that a relevant community named after the article title meets the private community criteria and thus an article should not be created about it.

Parameters

Parameter	Purpose
`evidence=`	Name of file (without the `File:` namespace attached) that shows evidence/verification that the community meets the criteria.
