Online Communipedia does not disseminate information about communities if they maintain strict control over who may join and see their communications.

This declaration serves as notice that an article about this community may not be created.

This template is used by editors to mark that a relevant community named after the article title meets the private community criteria and thus an article should not be created about it.

Parameters

All parameters are optional, though evidence= should be supplied if possible.

Parameter	Purpose
`evidence=`	Name of file (without the `File:` namespace attached) that shows evidence/verification that the community meets the criteria.
`website=`	Fully justified URL to the community's website, if applicable.
