This template must always be substituted.

This template is applied to user talk pages by administrators to formally notify a user that they have been blocked.

Parameter	Purpose
`reason=`	Reason for the block. Ensure to phrase in a manner that makes sense immediately following the text `due to`.
`length=`	The length of the block starting with an integer and ending with the duration type (i.e days, weeks, months, years). For example, `30 days` or `2 months`.
`talkpage=`	Indicate if the user has talk page access. Use `y` or `n`.
