Editing Template:Dead community/doc

This template is used to indicate that a community is inactive. 

This is not ''merely'' a lack of activity; so long as community processes function, and/or there are members participating regardless of the gap between participation, the community is still '''active''' by the definition of this project. This is used ''exclusively'' for when it is '''impossible''' or '''extraordinarily impractical''' for anyone to join the community as a new member.
